Felicia was very kind on the phone during the whole process of getting my car shipped as well as frequently updating me on the status of my vehicle to reassure me on the dates and times it would arrive. I am very impressed with her kindness and customer service as well as the company over all. If I ever have need to transport a vehicle, this will be the first company I will reach out too.
