This was my first time shipping a vehicle, which was really a bus and I had no idea what I was getting into. Arnold made the process approachable and didn't overwhelm me. He even checked in on the day of, while my bus was getting loaded, just to make sure I was getting the right paperwork, first timer here. Then I actually had to ship my car almost a week later and chose Arnold and the Auto Shipping Group because I was so pleased with the quality of their service.
