I wanted to give Kudos to Felicia for her amazing 10 STAR customer service for making what I anticipated would be a stressful situation ABSOLUTELY flawless!!! I’ve heard some horror stories, mostly stay away from lowball bids because there can be hidden fees. Felicia was the first person to call me and spent time explaining every aspect of my shipment! My situation was wanting a pickup same day and amazingly she made it happen within a few hours! Next time I know to plan ahead. Got a few other bids within the same price range but I was fortunate enough to get Felicia because she was the only one able to provide same day pickup!! The entire process was smooth, exactly as she said it would! Delivery was on time and the driver was very nice! I felt great knowing I had the drivers information as well so I knew right when to meet him. I recommend Felicia if You want top notch service, honesty and a no-hassle move! Thanks for having great service people and the same person to talk to without any runaround!
