Arnold was excellent to work with and was very attentive to my needs. I had tricky shipping situation, I was flying into LA for one day and flying out the next morning. I need to get my car loaded and shipped the single day that I was there. Arnold worked with me and the carrier to get a truck there to load my car before I flew out. Arnold answered any questions I had and kept in contact with the carrier to maintain the schedule. I flew into LA, got my car, then got my car loaded on the shipper, and it arrived home a few days. later. 10/10 experience with Arnold and ASG.
