Felicia Williams was great too work with to get our vehicle shipped from Illinois to Washington State. I had another company that I had signed with to transport our vehicle, but they were non responsive, so let I them go. When looking for a different company Felicia was very responsive and kept us informed throughout the shipping process. The vehicle was picked up on time and delivered ahead of schedule. I had a very positive experience working thru Felicia. I would use again and highly recommend. Great customer service.
