I was lied to, my car was not shipped to my door but to a gas station in another city

I could not be any more disappointed with this company. Both I and my husband are disabled we shipped our vehicle with ASG and I couldn’t believe the lack of care and service. The shipping documents were incorrect on several occasions and needed to be corrected before I signed them. On top of that they still gave the wrong UNSIGNED copy to the driver who transported my vehicle to a city over an hour drive away. The driver refused to bring the vehicle to us and threatened that if we didn’t come and get it he was going to leave and take our vehicle to HIS storage facility in Chicago. I was told by our agent with ASG that this was an issue with transferring information between systems as they were updating. I had to find a vehicle at the last minute and thankfully a friend stepped in to help us get to our car that was supposed to be delivered to us. After speaking to the agent she promised to reimburse us for the extra costs involved with us having to go get our car from a very upset driver who continued to make threats to us over the phone and even hung up on us several times after doing so. The reimbursement NEVER actually came and the agent stopped communicating with me and responding to my communication. By this time it had taken so long to get my car my bank could not reverse the transaction for the brokerage fees I was charged after this absolute FUBAR by this company.
