I had a horrible experience with another company- a very rude and unprofessional representative who promised a car pick up date but failed to confirm a driver for my car up to the day before. Then when questioned, he was so angry that he cancelled my order. I had purchased a plane ticket to meet my car on a date and then had no one to transport my vehicle. Leeann saved me at the 11th hour from that very bad experience the other company. She was fantastic and her customer care exceeded my expectations!!! She was very professional, attentive, understood my needs and with her diligence, confirmed transport for my car and it was delivered to me on my originallly scheduled date. That meant that she had to perform miracles! Her follow up to insure that the schedule was maintained at the each leg of the project- pick up, in transit, and after delivery- was very reassuring. Because of Leeann, I fully recommend Auto Shipping Group for cross company auto transport. We need more customer care representatives like her in every industry!
