Kim was contacted with regards to shipping my GMC Acadia from Janesville, Wisconsin to Livonia, Michigan. The vehicle was in a accident and at a repair shop in Janesville, WI. Do to the fact I’m going into surgery within the next few weeks? my family did not want me to drive back to Janesville. My son who has used Kim on several other occasions put us in touch with Kim. I understand now why my son spoke so highly of Kim. Kim is very professional, caring, and stays on top of the project. I can say that if I needed transport services again, Kim will be the first person I would call. Kim stayed in touch during the process to keep us completely updated on what was going on. I worked fir General Motors for 45 years the last 25 in Human Resources. I would consider Kim as a valued employee who is very proficient in her abilities. She is most definitely an asset to your organization. Her customer service is far beyond your 5 star rating.
