We recently reached out to a couple of companies for quotes to ship a vehicle from CA to VA. While ASG was not the cheapest quote, they made us believe they were the best company for the job. Unfortunately, they proved to be very incapable of completing the job. Felicia originally quoted less than $1,700 for our vehicle a few weeks prior to the requested ship date. As the request date approached, she was finally able to secure a shipping carrier for $1,799. She neglected to inform us that this did not include a $255 fee for her to arrange the shipment. We felt stuck and realized that we had no other option but to agree to the inflated total price of $2,054. When it was time to pick up the vehicle, the carrier called to ask our address. Shouldn't this have been provided by ASG? We provided the information and a week later our vehicle was picked up. We were told our vehicle would arrive to VA on a specific date. As we had not yet moved to VA, we had to book a hotel to be in the area for delivery. Well, the delivery date came and went. Three days after the promised delivery date, and after three days of sitting in a hotel waiting, we were told by the carrier that they would not be able to get our vehicle off the truck, and WE would have to figure out a way to assist them. After arranging to rent a pick up truck to assisted the driver, we were again contacted by the carrier to inform us that Felicia never gave him our delivery address, and due to weight restrictions, he would only be able to deliver our vehicle to a Walmart parking lot 10 miles from the home. Being that our vehicle was shipped as a project car in "not running condition", the only choice we had to receive our vehicle was to hire out a tow truck for another $129 to unload and deliver to our address. We are incredibly dissapointed in ASG and Felica. We feel taken advantage of and feel this company looks to active duty military families as a means of profits. We will not use this company again, and we definitely will not recommend this company to others. When asked how delivery went, we expected Felicia would do the decent thing and reimburse us for the $129 tow truck fee at the very least. Instead, she simply responded with the email address to the company's president. We don't expect to hear anything from the president. If he/she is anything like Felicia, we know he will be completely inept at providing honest service to his/her customers.

Hi, I researched my orders and I do not have a customer named "Rebecca." I do have an order w/ a is Johnathan Speegle that recently delivered on this route. At 1st I was going to dispute this review as not being a valid customer because I never spoke with a Rebecca & this name is not in my order. This review is not valid.
