This company and Felicia did a great job. For customer service on a scale from 1-5 I would give Felicia an 11+ rating for her customer service. She worked at getting a very good rate and got the pick up and delivery in the time frame I needed. There was a small problem with the truck and she was on top of it, all the way through it and the trucking company she used was great and did everything they could to stay on schedule. I was in the trucking industry for over 35years and the Auto Shipping Group and Felicia did a fine job for us. Remember if you call ask for Felicia Williams @ 602-428-6872.
