Leo provided great service, and my vehicle was delivered free of any scratches or damages. The driver marked up a whole bunch of unnecessary marks on his inventory on his vehicle condition report, that were just dirt marks, at the time of vehicle pick up and hand over. I think he did this to cover himself in case of damages. This was not necessary, and made me uncomfortable. Also, I was told that my car would be top loaded at the time of pick up, but it wasn't. I'm assuming that was done eventually but had no way to verify it. Also, the initial price went up by $100 from the price I was quoted over the phone. Aside from these issues, my car was delivered on time without any damages. The driver was very friendly and responsive to my calls. Leo was also very responsive and immediately returned my calls, emails and text messages. Great communication all the way through, and I was never left in the dark.

Thank you very much for your review and honest feedback. I want to address the couple issues you had. My estimate was always $800 and that was your final/All Inclusive price. You were quoted $700 by another one of our reps, that thought it can be moved for $700 and I truly didn't think it was possible. The industry is going through massive growth and prices on most routes are going up often, sometimes every couple weeks. At the end of the day, all the transport companies you speak to are simply giving an estimate based on what drivers have been accepting Most recently and the price becomes final, once the driver accepts our dispatch agreement. After talking to many drivers, none were willing to do it for $700 total, as a few sedans and coupes had moved for more. I hope this clears up the price hike issue you had, my personal estimate was always $800 and the other rep that quoted you at $700, truly had good intentions thinking it could be moved at that price and due to the massive growth in our industry, driving prices to go up often- $700 was no longer possible with Good drivers. As far as the top rack, I clearly remember advising I could not guarantee the top rack. Having said that, the carrier/driver we contracted did agree to place it on the top rack for no additional fee. When he arrived to pick up your son's Tesla, the truck was virtually full and the top rack was not available. He communicated with both of us, he would stop soon, when he had more time and space to maneuver and move the Tesla to the top. I asked him to send us a couple Pics and/or a video once done and he did not. I followed up with him the next day and he never got back to me regarding it. This obviously left a bad taste in my mouth as well. We have used this carrier in the past and never had issues and we scrutinize all of our drivers thoroughly. I made our Dispatch Manager aware of the situation and it was addressed with the carrier. My sincere apologies for this, but glad the vehicle arrived safely and on time. Glad the experience was good overall and I hope my detailed explanation regarding the couple issues you had, helped. I hope you give us another opportunity to transport your son's Tesla back home or any other future vehicles you might need transported. Thank you for your business and for your honest feedback, it is very important for us to hear.
