Gretchen Hight is the epitome of five star customer service. She was attentive, communicated clearly and often, and made the process as transparent as possible. She assured that my car was picked up within the desired time frame. Without her assistance and vigilance I would not have been able to ship my vehicle out in a timely manner. I will definitely consult with Auto Shipping Group again should the need arise due to her exemplary service.
