I would give 6 stars for Felicia Williams performance but there was only five. Communication is Key to me. One could not ask for anything better from her. From start to finish I felt like I was truly the one and only customer she had. This just doesn't happen in the real world. I needed something "large" picked up out in the middle of nowhere and carried clean across the United States. I signed the papers for go at 4:00P.M. She did her magic and by the very next morning at 10:00A.M. my vehicle was loaded on its way to me. WHAT ! Who does this ? nobody but Felicia Williams could every pull this feat off. And she chose KMT Express Freight. Marty Taylor was equally as nice as she is. The whole experience left me with a dropped jaw. I would highly recommend her. Auto Transport Co. is lucky to have such a dedicated employee. From a customers view an employee with this level of performance needs to be well compensated. Some things are worth their weight in gold. Well this young lady is exactly that ! If Felicia was standing in front of me I would give her a hug. That's how pleased I am with her performance.
