Arnold really came to the rescue with shipping my car. After anxiously waiting 2 weeks with another company to contact me back regarding prices and shipment details, I decided to look elsewhere. I'm so glad I came across Arnold. Within 2 days, he was able to confirm shipment details and was flexible enough to offer alternative solutions to get my car there sooner. It was not the ideal situation but I'm glad that he provided that alternative option to us, otherwise we would still be waiting. Arnold knows which truck company is flexible enough and willing to work with our schedule. We were unable to pick up the car in the daytime due to work, but can pick it up in the evening or on weekends and Arnold made it happen. He knows which company to work with that is flexible enough to accommodate our needs. He always responds immediately to my calls and answers all my concerns. This type of customer service is extremely crucial when you're trying to plan and truly takes a lot of the stress away. I will definitely be contacting Arnold again for my shipment soon.
