Well, I received my car. However, I’m not really sure what Heidi from Auto Shipping Group did for her $250 commission. Heidi received my contract and payment, and then there was no more contact. One day before my car was supposed to be delivered, I finally messaged her to receive an update. A few hours later I received a call from the driver wanting to deliver the car that day, one day early. We had to keep with the original schedule because I hadn’t yet extracted the cash for final payment. She never contacted me to ask if everything had gone smoothly or if I had received the car. Then 20 DAYS later, she sends me a text with a receipt number that just says thank you. So while the car made it to me in one piece, I will most likely seek another company next time.

SAME DAY! Also, from the start you told me to not call you, text only. I explained to you I need to have verbal communication from you on most of the transaction. My calls were always sent to VM- so I ended up communicating with Brandon and Josh. Otherwise I texted you as you requested. The driver even couldn't get ahold of you. I am sorry you feel like we didnt communicate after I worked for you and accomodated you as per your requests. - Best to you Heidi
