We had some miscommunication issues with the driver on the day of pickup with plenty of confusion I reached out to Lance. He helped clean up the confusion, make sure I was well taken care of and stayed in contact throughout the trip. The driver showed up an hour after I did 2,100 miles later(Florida to Arizona). This ended up being a great experience. Fast, no damage and well handle by Lance.
