First time shipping. Quiet concerned, spent some time researching brokers, reading resource on the web. What I learned was, not hard to find information about a broker but was about a carrier. I could not find any information about my trucker on the web. It seems luck of draw if you get a good, dependable, and professional carrier or its the work of broker. I am assuming its both. So my review is based on my interaction with Kimberly Freiley (ASG) and carrier(Wild West Trucker) which was overall a satisfying experience for me. I chose ASG because of Kim. I chose Kim because of her responses to reviews that reflected her experience and professionalism. She was accessible and prompt to my quarries and concerns when I contacted her on the phone or through emails. Everything went according to schedule. I am only curious, ASG advertised $25 discount for online application, which I did not see on my bill. On the carrier side, the Wild West Trucker did a good job, contacted me a day before window period. Cool driver, responded to my concerns positively by putting strap on the fourth tire, even tough the federal requirement is minimum three tires as I was told by him. So the pickup and delivery went smooth without any delay or problem. Yes, I would use the service of ASG again and recommend to others as well. But don't take my word, do your homework, pay attention to every detail of the process and make your educational guess before you commit.
