While not the cheapest option provided, below are the following reasons I chose to go with Felicia: - relationship focus. She picked up the phone, asked questions, listened to my needs - communication. Felicia’s communication (verbal and written) was crisp, timely and consistent throughout the experience - credibility. Felicia did as she said, followed through all the way to the end and protraied a sense of urgency and care that stood out to me as the definition of service excellence. You better pay her well or I will be offering her a job at my insurance agency! Joke...not really!
