I had a wonderful experience shipping my car from Los Angeles to Atlanta with Auto Shipping Group. There were absolutely no hiccups and it was like a really good dream’ Even though I never leave reviews, the outstanding service Felicia gave me warrants one! Felicia was extremely knowledgeable, professional, caring, competent and diligent! I had many concerns because I had read many horror stories about the auto shipping Industry. She patiently walked me off the ledge and made me comfortable and confident to ship my car...even when it was after her office hours and she was relaxing at home, she would still take time out to help me. In a nutshell, because of Felicia’s expertise and competence, she quoted me the best price to pique the interest of a very reputable carrier. Within an hour of submitting, I already had a carrier and my car was picked and shipped that very day. It got to Atlanta way ahead of schedule while I was still in LA, scheduled to arrive the next day. The driver was so kind and courteous and offered to keep the car safe while I flew in to ATL. He then drove the car to me and that was it. The process was smooth and swift with no hitches!! Thanks so much Felicia for your help with my order (#1047149)
