At first I was receiving multiple calls & getting so much help until I paid the booking fee & shipped my car off. I dropped my vehicle off at the port on nov 29th & couldn’t get in touch with the booking agent til dec 18th, then I didn’t hear from her again until other agents reached out to her after Christmas. I was quoted $1075 for my vehicles final transportation way before I shipped my vehicle & then on January 3rd I was told it would be $1,310 or I have to pay to store my vehicle until they find another transporter, I didn’t get my vehicle til January 11th!!!
