Felicia Williams did a superb job in helping me solve my problem. I have a convertible with the top stuck in open position. AAA could not transport to dealership because it would damage hydraulic pumps in hard top top. I needed a closed container. Felicia was diligent in finding a company to do this. She was constantly in contact with me and the other third person involved. Excel.lent job
