Kim at Auto Shipping Group was extremely helpful and friendly to me on the phone and made the booking very easy. I thought the transfer would be as breezy but it was not. The carrier was 2 days late picking the car up in Florida and a day late dropping off in CA and did not call to give a warning. I know Kim did her best to get in contact with them and stay in communication but they were frustrating. I believe that the carrier has since been black listed so hopefully it will be a smoother experience for all future customers.
