Kim was very helpful and direct in negotiating a price and making arrangements for me to swap cars with a family member between California and Michigan. We had issues with the carrier canceling and changing the schedule, delaying us by a week, but Kim was easily reachable and gave quick updates. Aside from the scheduling issues, the carrier and driver were very professional and courteous. I would use again.
