Vinh, I am sorry to hear that this has occurred however, there are NO voicemails or text or emails from you since your vehicle has been delivered stating any issues regarding damage or bad experience.The last text message I have from you was you stating the driver and seller met up for pick up and driver provided a ride back to his place and wanted me to make sure the car was going to be loaded forward facing, which i confirmed with carrier that day he was not loading it backwards. This is the first of any notification of damage. If there was damage to the vehicle we have to be notified right away and it has to be marked down on the final inspection upon delivery of any kind of damage and insurance information would be provided right away to start a damage claim.
