As we apologize that the carrier was delayed, and the ESTIMATED delivery was a few days late. We do have it noted in our order that you were flexible on the delivery side.. so the carrier was aware of that as well.
Now to address the damage. The carrier insurance was provided to you right after you reported the damages to us. You state that your damages are roughly 500, and the carriers deductible is 2500. So the damages are falling under the insurance deductible and therefore the insurance company for the carrier will not get involved. We approached the company to help you out of their own pocket because they caused the damage while in their possession. We are NOT the ones who had possession of your vehicle, but as the broker we provide you all documentation and help in the direction that you need to proceed. We have answered all phone calls, texts and emails from you regarding your issues, so we have not left you on your own. We have instructed you on what to do but we cannot do it for you.
As for the "repeat name/text/phrases" That is OUR employee's replying to the customer review that they left. The customer, as you now know since you left a review has to confirm the email address of which you supply in order to leave the review. These are actual customers. Transport reviews has a strict criteria and they only allow one email address per customer, so.. no they are not done by the employee's at Auto Shipping Group. We wish you well and hope there are no more issues.
