It was my first time shipping my car from CA - OH. I was very nervous at first but i got my car in the condition that it was towed as (it will get dirty if it's open shipment so wash it and check your car). I was happy with service because they were using the best communication methods that suited me. They texted, email and phone called me to arrange the process. And the driver was keeping me updated a day ahead as they said they would. From my experience I would definitely recommend.
