I was very pleased with transport of my car by Auto Shipping Group. After reading all sorts of horror stories from other companies online, I was grateful that I was in no rush to obtain my car and could weather a long wait or delay in pick up. I had researched lots of companies online, and most of them exceeded the price of Auto Shipping Group significantly. Although there was a mix-up with ASG's brokerage fee being left out of my original quote, when I was finally ready to move my vehicle and contacted them again months' later for an updated quote, I felt that their total price was very fair. I worked with Heidi, who was promptly responsive, pleasant to deal with, and explained how the entire process worked. She made me feel like she had my best interest in mind and suggested a realistic transport fee that I was very comfortable with. I posted with Auto Shipping Group on Friday afternoon, and much to my surprise, a shipper picked up my car on Monday! Not only was their zero wait...the vehicle was even delivered a little earlier than anticipated, and the driver was courteous and professional. He gave me a call a day in advance to let me know his expected ETA, and then called again when he was an hour out of town. The entire process could not have gone more smoothly. I feel like I received excellent service, and at a bargain price. The next time I have to transport a vehicle, I will definitely call ASG.
