This was the first time I shipped a car and I was so nervous. Felicia was so helpful and my car arrived safe. Communication with the driver was okay, but they were not too clear on when I could pick up my vehicle. I had a job so it was hard to tell my boss when I would be in the office since the local driver was not specific about pick up time. Other than that, I was really pleased with this service because I heard many horror stories from friends about shipping their cars. Agent: Felicia
