Where do I begin with this amazing story. Heidi at Auto Shipping Group is my hero and literally brought tears to my eyes today for her kind, caring customer service. In speaking with her, I initially felt at ease with her honesty and openness about the process, timing and cost. The whole story starts with me booking this transport with a different company on July 5th, 2018. That company confirmed that i could have my car picked up by July 18th and that my car would arrive at my new residence in 7-10 business days. They failed to mention what the average cost of this transport usually is, and what the process involves as far as dispatchers and actual drivers. A month after signing with them I still did not have a pick up date, a drop of date, and most importantly, my car! So I reached out today for a quote and Heidi called me immediately. I explained my dilemma to her and she was so honest and open about the limitations of this process and what the cost should really be. She was so frank and did not try to over sell any capabilities or low ball the cost. She's wonderful. My first conversation with her was at 1:04pm today, at 1:44pm she had a booking for my car! Think about that for a second, after waiting a month, Heidi had my car booked in less than an hour. This is not an easy route, and I am so grateful that there are people who will help me move my things across the country. Most of all I am grateful I met such an incredibly dependable, and honest professional like Heidi. She will always have my recommendation, and her integrity has made a customer for life. Thank you Heidi!
