Lance was awesome! He was super helpful in answering all of my questions and assuring me the safety of my vehicle. I never had to wait too long to hear back from him, he was always on top of responding to me and reaching out to me. He checked in with me often to make sure the care got in safely and all was good to go. Super cool guy, super helpful, would definitely use him again if I need to ship my car in the future!
