Outstanding customer service by Lance. Even when he first carrier fell through (picked up the vehicle but then the carrier broke down and my vehicle had to be returned to origin), Lance ensured me that he would not leave the job undone. A couple weeks later, my vehicle was finally delivered. I would recommend Lance as a broker because he will ensure the job is complete no matter the set-backs.
