Gretchen was great, very knowledgeable and helpful. The actual shipping company was ok - the guy was late picking up the car though he did call (and was catty on the phone). He parked his truck at the far corner and insisted upon leaving it there and drove my car to the truck. He contacted my son 3 days earlier than expected and said they would deliver that night and then called back and said it would be the next day. My son (and some other people waiting for their cars) were told to go to a Target parking lot - 5 miles from my sons place (who doesn't have a car) to pick up the car. Then the driver was expecting a tip which I had specifically asked about earlier and Gretchen said was not necessary. Gretchen was great, transport company - not so much.
