Michael was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. Heidi also helped me a lot as Michael's back up. It took several days for the carrier to pick up my car, possibly because Springfield to San Jose is not a common route. Drive came to pick up on time as scheduled, and delivery the car to destination on time in good condition. Just when my car was delivered, he arrived ahead of the scheduled time, and I didn't get the call because I put my phone to air mode. I had to go to 40 miles away to get my car, which was not too bad. Lesson learnt, never turn off your phone on pick up day because the driver usually can't stay in one place for too long. Overall very good experience, but watch out for shipping price increase requested by some carriers.
