Heidi was very friendly and communicative. Bonus was that she is a problem solver just like me so she was determined to help in every way she could. She did not lie or say things just to convince me to go with her company, which is like a breath of fresh air in itself. So many companies lied to me saying they could pick up on specific days and for a specific amount but the truth is that they could not deliver on their promises. Heidi taught me about the real process of how this works, made me feel comfortable, and earned my trust. I will always come back to this company as long as Heidi is there to help!!
