Felicia was good with communicating and explaining the entire transport procedure as it was my first time. Once she sent out the order had to get back to her as the transport company itself was not as prompt as her in communicating. The driver picked up the car on the scheduled day(Tuesday 12th December, 2017) in the morning and had mentioned that he would be reaching in 5 days at the max. I had scheduled my rental car accordingly.

On Sunday when my rental car was due I was told that there was going to be a delay in the delivery by 48 hrs because of the weather and had extended my rental accordingly. After this the car got delayed by another 24 hrs was another message which frustrated me as I had to again get yet another rental. Also I had scheduled the service such that I would be able to get my car before I begin work latest by Monday which would be a week. Unfortunately the car finally arrived on Wednesday the 20th Dec, 2017 in the afternoon for which I had to head out of work to go pick it up. Finally the driver asked for more than what was agreed upon and I mentioned to him that if it were not for the delay I would have given him extra and finally got my car.

I am happy with the start of the service provided by Felicia but then did not enjoy the service provided by the transport agency that followed. This was especially because I had to arrange for transport over and over again rather than getting a correct estimate the first time after the delivery was delayed due to the weather. The final unprofessional attitude by the driver at the end was not acceptable either. I was unwilling to write this review but have got a few too many messages from them to write it so here goes. Oh I still paid the driver a few bucks for transporting the car.

This review is supposed to be based on the level of customer service I provided from the time the reservation was placed through delivery. I was with you each step of the way as updates appear. This review is under Auto Shipping Group. Your statement is completely truthful. The carrier assigned: Nationwide Hauling anticipated an earlier delivery than the projection in the original dispatch. The driver was delivered but still delivered 2 days early. Your vehicle shipped around 1950 miles. The truck driver is accommodating up to 10 people at one time & provides an estimate like taking a road trip. The transit time was 7-11 days & it delivered in 9. Your car arrived two days early with no damage. You paid standard shipping focusing on best price for your budget ans said you were flexible.The driver was stressed out from your phone calls you made to him while he was trying to drive and work. The carrier was already rated internally after you text me the delivery feedback. This review that you posted under Auto Shipping Group was supposed to be rating the level of customer service I provided through the shipping process. You said you rated my service a 9 out of a 10 star yet you put a 3 star rating the carrier: Nationwide Hauling. It was supposed to be for rating the carrier/driver. Thanks for your business.
