I’m in the military and i was trying to get my car ship to my family. I had issue with another shipping broker which also never came and pick up my car. I read some good reviews on ASG but the company they had hired/contact with basically made empty promises with me. I had convey to Michael that I needed the car ship ASAP due to my order to move overseas. After several attempts to get it pick up failed, I had to cancel cause I was leaving. I was also told that I won’t get charged anything until the car is picked up but that was a lie. I got charged when they said they were going to pick up my car but never did. I have been working with Michael to get my refund back but it’s over a month now and still nothing. michael was helpful but until I get my refund, this will be zero star.
