my car was taken for a joy ride when it was shipped by Starway Logistics (my review of that company is 1/5 stars). I gave Auto Shipping Group 4 stars because they are the broker and are not directly responsible for the driver's behavior. Felicia was prompt with updates and assisted me in getting $100 compensation from Starway Logistics as a result of the driver's behavior. Overall the customer service from both ASG and Starway Logistic was professional and reasonable, the driver for Starway Logistics is the one to blame.
