Overall experience was great. Heidi was prompt returning at returning calls and staying in touch. She explained the whole process so we knew exactly what to expect. The only time we had trouble reaching her was the day our car was supposed to be shipped. It was a Monday which is an extremely busy day. But she did get back to us and let us know the expected time of pick up. The driver was much later than expected but he did keep in touch with us to let us know his timing. He was awesome and delivered our car earlier than expected and in great condition. We paid more with Auto Shipping Group than we probably would with some other carriers, but felt that it was well worth the money. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again if we needed a car shipped.
