The transport went well with the time parameters that I needed in the pick up locations I was in. Now knowing that this service is run like a commodity and that schedules/ contracts are not solidified until close to ship date, was the only "variable" I was anxious about. However, as promised and reassured, Kim provided a carrier. Thank you.
