Lance went out of his to help me and with a very small window to find a transport. He was extremely understanding and patience with all my frustration.
He called me several times to follow up to make sure things were going well. Lance went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate me and the stressful situation I was under. Lance has given CUSTOMER SERVICE a new meaning especially in this day and age where there is NO service.
Lance definitely deserves a bonus and a raise for his OUTSTANDING performance. THANK YOU!!!!
