I was extremely pleased with the transport of my 2010 Elantra Touring from the west coast to the east coast. At first I was frustrated when I was told that the car would be picked up on Saturday and then was informed by a sub contractor that that pick up wouldn't happen until Monday. My concern was having my car in time to travel on the final leg of my journey. However, Michael was incredibly pro-active in contacting the direct shipper and making it clear that my car would need to arrive on time. He even contacted me on the weekend to make sure that the communication was actually happening. This was great! As someone who spent years in customer service, I really appreciated this effort. When the sub-contractor arrived to pick up my car, he was pleasant, knowledgeable, on-time and just great. When we met again only a few short days later, I was equally pleased with the ease of the connection and how gracious the driver was. Well done! I will recommend you and use you again for sure! (FYI, I expected the car to be dirty upon arrival- no surprise there.)
