When I contacted ASG, Heidi walked me the through the process of auto shipping. It was late Fri afternoon and I needed my car picked up the following week. Even if I expedited it Heidi said it could take seven-10 days before a carrier responds. I had to take the chance and expedite with the hope someone was headed out west. Not long after Heidi called me to say a carrier took the order for my car and would pick up the car the following Wed and I would get my car by Sat. YAY I was so happy. Now I only need to rent a car for two days when I arrive.

My excitement came to a halt when the carrier was delayed picking the car up. When they finally arrived to pick it up they did a thorough inspection which I appreciated. So an extra day in the rental isn't so bad. However, as the days went by no one heard from the carrier FBI Express and status update on my delivery. Heidi kept calling their office and no one answered. She called the driver- no answer so she left a message. I attempted to call their office and no answer. FINALLY the driver calls me ( very heavy accent guessing Russian ) and we find out that the DOT demanded the driver and truck be off the road for two days because the driver had not slept. This just keeps getting better. I am upset, Heidi is upset and very apologetic. I just couldn't believe this was happening. The driver mentioned payment in cash was due when the truck arrives. I immediately informed him I am not paying the expedited fee because they are late and not communicating to Heidi or myself. He gave me the name and number to his manager to discuss the financial side. I immediately call and speak with the manager. He also has a very heavy accent like the driver. I explained the situation and he refused to reduce the payment because it was the DOT's fault it was late. Is he kidding me? For a half hour we are back and forth on this, mind you the two day rental car is now six days plus fees. I'm explaining this to the manager who said $850 is lowest he will go. I say no $750 is fair and would be good business practice. He refused again then hung up on me! Now I am livid. I call Heidi and describe what just happened and apparently the manager of FBI Express called ASG and basically said $765 is final price or they will bring my car to impound. Not only will I have to pay for the carrier, I'd also have to pay to get it out of the impound. Let's see do I really have a choice? I agree to $765. My car was finally delivered, no damage thank goodness. I spoke with the drivers and said in the future it will be most helpful to communicate with the transport company and car owners when ANY issue arises so everyone is on the same page.

I called Heidi once the car was delivered and she was so happy for me. We have been in contact since then and I highly recommend Heidi and ASG.
