Despite a Hurricane, Auto Shipping Group Delivered above and Beyond!

I have transported several cars of various values, conditions and purposes the past 15 years. Despite a Hurricane Harvey's destruction and impact to the south, Brenda consistently rose above and beyond. With any transport I value communication skills as the most important to assure my confidence in delivery and also that the pickup location is also informed of what is needed. Starting at the quote process, there is simply no pressure with Auto Shipping Group vs competitors that treated me like they were holding a vehicle hostage. Brenda is incredibly knowledgeable about the process and adjusts tone based on your experience - I could see her excelling in any environment. The hurricane was a setback from a driver, however they still came through at less than a 5% adjustment in price. Many shippers will make dramatic changes in bills - this is not the case here. She kept everything optional as well, something I didnt even expect given past experiences. Once the vehicle arrived, the delivery guy need some straightening out and again, Auto Shipping Groups Service is incredible. She jumped in and took charge.

I cannot think of a reason to use anyone but Auto Shipping Group and Brenda in the future. Great prices, the best communication in the industry and they leverage modern contract signing technology. Just awesome.
