Poor service, rude, late, excuses.Charged higher than initial offer...felt mislead. Asked for a discount to make it right and no response

Kim was great in the beginning but then was on vacation and the response was poor. She should have had someone cover her

Patrick, Sorry that you feel the service was that bad.. But let me clarify a few things. Yes I went on vacation which I rightfully earned. I worked through my vacation. I texted you about a carrier on the 29th which was the 1st day of my vacation. So yes I was working. You decided to take this carrier offer. As I stated in the text you had the right to decline the offer and we would keep looking. You made the decision to take it. We do not force any carriers on you. The carriers rate was higher, ours was not. So you were not mislead. It states in the invoice that you got when you placed the order that carriers can counter offer, so if you read the invoice/terms like you said you did, then this would not have been a surprise. I have never heard about a discount, so you didn't ask me about it. I didn't need anyone to cover for me. Your order was dispatched the 29th, picked up the 31st and delivered the 2nd. I checked on the pick up and I checked on the delivery.. All while on vacation. I do not know many people that work on vacation... but if that is why I got a 1 star, I'm a little confused. Again I am sorry if you feel that the service was bad but we found you a carrier to pick up and deliver safely and in a timely manner. My apologies.
