This is our return contact to ship my son's car from college back home (we used Auto Shipping last fall to move it from NJ to AZ and now to move it from AZ to NJ). Felicia is very pleasant, punctual and efficient. Allows for phone, email or text contacts. Explains the different scenarios with pick=up and delivery dates and different carriers with one or several drivers. Good rate as compared with other companies. Her customer service is excellent and I will use again to ship son's car back to college at the end of this summer!
