I talked to NUMEROUS transport companies and I am glad I settled on Auto Shipping Group represented by Julie. She made the difference. My main beef with the other companies was lack of communication. I did not have that problem at all with Julie. She explained the process thoroughly which allowed me not to have false but reasonable expectations. Even though she is as busy as the next broker, she ALWAYS addressed my calls, and usually within a short period of time. The other companies NEVER returned my calls after they received my car information. My calls were not frivolous but were follow-up calls regarding the information I was to receive from them but never did! Her fees were appropriate and equitable, unlike other companies who low balled you then call with an exorbitant increase. The driver also communicated with us frequently. The driver called before day of pickup and introduced himself and let us know when he would be picking up the vehicle. The driver called several times and kept us abreast of his location. The driver picked up the car when he said he would and he delivered the car when he said he would. The car was delivered in the same condition as it was picked up. I definitely will be calling Julie for my next car transport which will be in the near future.
