Demarcus was the driver. He was a very poor communicator, at times even embellishing the story to justify his delay (ie. told me he had 6 flat tires when I found out later he only had 3). He finally called me to tell me he was at my apartment but in fact he was 30 min away at a different clients home. I had to reach out to him if I wanted to know the status of his trip.

On the other hand, Heidi Schulze was amazing! She was a great mediator and very apologetic on behalf of the contracted company. She was very personable and understanding. She even worked out a deal to get a lower price on the delivery for me. 6 out of 5 stars for her!
