First time using an auto transporter I was a little leery about working with brokers, but after talking with Brenda, I felt better about transporting my daughter's car from Washington DC to Los Angeles. Brenda was very thorough and patiently explained to me the complete process. I especially appreciated her follow-up with me from the point of pick-up to delivery.
