Kim was professional, honest, and trustworthy. We shopped around and talked to a bunch of brokers and shippers before finally finding Kim. Everyone else seemed shady or had things in their contracts we weren't comfortable with signing. While we weren't happy that our car had been driven 90 miles to our home in Virginia, if that's the worst thing to happen to it, we're OK with it. Kim was in constant communication with us throughout the whole process, and she assisted us throughout. Stop your search and go with Kim.
