I would like to take the time to thanks Felicia Williams for her outstanding customer service during my shipment of my 2 cars from Washington Sate. As an active duty Soldier Master Sergeant with 24 years of service, Felicia Williams went above and beyond to take care of all my needs during this transport. The professionalism and knowledge that she possesses is bar none having dealt with shipping my cars on many occasions she is definitely head and shoulder above the rest. Being in the logistics field for 24 years now she is #1 carrier I have experience. Thanks Felicia job well done.
